Collected Information
In order to perform matchmaking and coaching services, we have to collect and process personal data from you. The data consists of information that is relevant for our matchmaking services, such as your name, contact details, background, career, relationship history etc, including information relating to gender and sexual orientation which are classified as sensitive data according to Article 9(1) in the GDPR. We use this information in order to find potential matches for you and to provide coaching and advice to you. We may also use personal data submitted from you in order to verify your identity and to contact you for marketing purposes.
Non-personally-identifiable and aggregated information may be shared with third parties; for example, you may be identified as a 40 year old woman that lives in Toronto, with an income of 80K, and works as a software engineer. These third parties might include, but are not limited to, advertisers, partners, affiliates and investors. We may also use this non-personally-identifiable and aggregated information to provide advertisements to our users, and to provide more effective services overall.As legal basis for the processing, we rely on your consent. We therefore wish to obtain your informed consent about the data that we may collect from you and process. You are entitled to revoke such consent at any time whereby your data will be deleted without delay.

Age
The Services are for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect, keep, or maintain personal information from people under the age of 18. The Website is not directed toward people under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, then we ask that you please do not access, visit, or use the Website or the Services in any manner or at any time.

f you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
